DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Processing Time
    Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
    Processing time is 24-48 hrs( working days.
    Delivery takes 24-48 hours for Lagos State, 3-4 business days for other states, 4-5 business days for U.K, 5-10 business days for U.S.A, 5-10 business days for Australia. During sales and high-volume periods, processing times may take longer.
  2. Shipping Rates
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. For international orders, please note that prices will vary due to courier service.
  3. Pre-Order Items
    Processing of items listed as “Pre-Order” will commence on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.
  4. Dispatch Notification
    If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to enquiries@aprilwindcouture.com or call us on ‪+234 901 122 3841‬. Kindly remember to include your order number.
  5. Item Not Received
    If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us. This is because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service or taken a bit longer to add into the system. Once items are dispatched it is theresponsibility of the delivery service to ensure packages are delivered.
    Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent of a package cannot be traced.
  6. Customs and Duties Charges
    Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. April Wind Couture has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  7. Physical Pick Up
    Our physical store is located in Lagos at APRIL WIND COUTURE, Palace Street, Oxley Estate, Eko Akete Bus Stop, beside ABBA’s Heart School, Abijo, Lekki-Epe Expressway. It is open for pick up. If you prefer this service, please contact us to book an appointment for consultation.
    We encourage all urgent orders to be made in advance so we can deliver the best service to you.
  8. Order Cancellation:
    Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All items on sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Delivery charges are only refundable for faulty items. Please allow 5 business days for processing refunds on damaged goods.

For Ready-to-Wear collections, items in their original, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for store credit or an exchange if returned within 24 hours for clients in Lagos and 96 hours for clients outside Lagos. Returns must be made to APRIL WIND COUTURE, Palace Street, Oxley Estate, Eko Akete Bus Stop, beside ABBA’s Heart School, Abijo, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos, with all logistics costs borne by the customer.

Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon delivery, with issues to be reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours for clients in Lagos and 96 hours for clients outside Lagos.
